Lauren Craig

Lauren Craig is the Head of AI Strategy & Implementation and an Operating Partner at Greenbelt Capital Partners. Lauren is responsible for driving AI-enabled value creation across the firm’s portfolio, working with investment teams and portfolio company leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI opportunities. She also leads Greenbelt’s internal AI strategy and use-case development.

Lauren joined Greenbelt in 2026 from McKinsey & Company, where she was an Associate Partner focused on serving clients at the intersection of AI, technology, and cybersecurity, and a leader in the firm’s work in AI governance. She regularly advised organizations in heavily regulated industries on deploying, securing, and governing AI. Lauren brings more than 10 years of cybersecurity and technology consulting experience, advising leading organizations on strategy, operating model design, and board oversight, while also leading complex technology and cybersecurity transformations, including technical crisis response and remediation efforts.

Lauren holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Florida State University.
