Austin Major is a Principal at Greenbelt Capital Partners. Austin joined Greenbelt in 2025, prior to which he worked at Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners. Austin began his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking and leveraged finance groups. Austin is a member of Greenbelt's Talent Development Committee and AI Committee. Austin holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
