Amrita Roy is the Vice President, Strategy and Transformation and Operating Partner at Greenbelt Capital Partners, where she is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and operational value creation across the firm’s portfolio. She works directly alongside portfolio company leadership teams, partnering with CEOs and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into on-the-ground execution.
Amrita joined Greenbelt in 2026, prior to which she was a Manager at Bain & Company, where she led more than 10 private equity due diligence engagements and advised energy and industrials clients on operational excellence, grid maintenance, and resource planning for AI-driven load growth. Her work included direct support for portfolio initiatives at CTC Global, a portfolio company of Greenbelt’s.
Amrita holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
