The Greenbelt team led the investment in ION in 2022, alongside Blackstone Credit and Energy Impact Partners, with the founders retaining a majority stake. It is the enablement-layer thesis applied to the consumer edge of the grid — providing homeowners with flexibility as they navigate rising electricity bills and a desire for energy independence.
