Bowe & Gant Electrical Services (“Bowe & Gant”) is a founder-owned, full-lifecycle electrical and energy services provider delivering essential, non-discretionary solutions across the Northeastern United States: substation services; electrical testing and maintenance; high-, medium-, and low-voltage power distribution; and renewable energy installation and interconnection.
Founded in 2014 by industry veterans Vinny Bowe and Gabe Gant and headquartered in southern New Jersey, the Company employs a highly skilled workforce across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Greenbelt made a majority investment in Bowe & Gant in 2026. Both co-founders retained a significant equity stake and continue to lead the Company, reflecting Greenbelt's long track record of partnering with founder- and family-owned businesses.
