Jim Laurito

Jim Laurito is an accomplished leader and seasoned independent director with over 45 years of experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, start-ups, and utilities. He previously served as President & CEO of several electric and gas utilities, and most recently as the EVP, Business Development and CTO of Fortis, Inc. (FTS:NYSE:TSX). Currently, Jim serves as Independent Chair and Director of Bowman Consulting Group Ltd, (BWMN:NASDAQ). He is also a Director of ITC Holdings Corp, CTC Global Corporation and Stone Mountain Technology Company, and a Senior Advisor to Energy Impact Partners, LP (EIP). He also serves as an Industry Advisor to EQT Partners, Inc, an energy infrastructure fund. Previously, Jim served on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Buffalo Branch, Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp, Newfoundland Power, UNS Energy Group, Edison Electric Institute, American Gas Association, Northeast Gas Association, Belize Electricity Ltd., and Chair of the Alliance for Transportation Electrification. Jim graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Civil Engineering and has completed Executive Programs at Columbia University in Finance and Manufacturing Management. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and is a Trustee of the Lee Health Foundation in Bonita Springs, FL.
